A delightful 2-bedroom immaculate chalet situated at Erw Porthor Chalet Park in Happy Valley. beautifully decorated throughout by the owner.
The chalet offers all of its guest comfort and style during your stay, the property sleeps up to 4 guests in a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and is ideal for families or 2 couples.
Erw Porthor, Happy Valley is situated only a 5–7-minute drive into Aberdovey and less than a 5-minute drive into Tywyn.
As you enter the chalet you are welcomed with a bright and colourful porch area which leads you through to the kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment.
From the kitchen you enter the lounge/dining area with dining table and 4 chairs, the lounge has a large sofa together with an occasional armchair, also featured is a log effect electric fire, TV with Freeview – an extremely comfortable area to relax.
The double bedroom has heating and offers stylish bedroom tables and lamps, the twin bedroom has 2 single beds, heating, bedside table and chest of drawers.  
The family bathroom has shower, toilet, and washbasin.
Outside is a garden area with a raised patio area with seating and a further sitting area for relaxing or maybe get a suntan!
There is free private parking outside the chalet with further free parking nearby.
The chalet offers short breaks at certain times of the year as well as traditional 7night holidays, ideal for families or couples wanting a quiet get away in Snowdonia National Park.
For your comfort bed linen and towels are provided, WIFI is available organised via the Chalet Park on a ‘Pay As You Go Basis’
