Property Details

The Holiday chalet is finished to a high standard giving quality and, comfortable holiday accommodation. Many of our guests say' it has a lovely home from home' feeling.

It has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedded room, both fully furnished and offering great views over the Dyfi Estuary and Cambrian Mountains.
TREETOPs is fully insulated offering warm and cosy holidays from February until October, It has economic heating throughout the chalet and all costs are included in the rental price.

The facilities offer a home from home fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, microwave, dishwasher togther with a breakfast bar -ideal for coffee or that early evening aperitif?  

It has an open plan lounge which includes a dining area, flatscreen TV/DVD , there are fantastic views from the lounge. Books,board games to keep you occupied are also included.

Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have individual flatscreen TV/DVD's.

TREETOPs for your convenience has 2 bathrooms- bathroom (1) with shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail, bathroom (2) has a toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Aberdovey generally has a mild climate, TREETOPs is south facing so on a lovely Sunny days you receive the sun all day. The balcony which is south facing has adecking together with Patio table and Chairs and BBQ area, enjoy a BBQ Sausage and a glass of vino whilst enjoying superb views over the estuary and mountains over yonder.

Treetops Chalet is are located at Plas Panteidal which is situated on the hillside, it is not suitable for persons who are infirm or who have mobility issues, the road leading to the chalet is quite steep
Please note that Plas Panteidal is situated in the former grounds of the old Bishop of Bangor's Palace, the water supply is a private supply and because the grounds are peat based the water can be discoloured.
It is advisable that guests do not use the water for drinking, cooking food preparation purposes, infant food, making ice and cleaning teeth. The owners of Plas Panteidal apologise for any inconvenience this may cause please bring with you your own drinking water.
