Situated on the seafront and within 30 seconds walk of Aberdovey's sandy beach and a short stroll to the village amenities, it is perfect for couples and individuals looking to relax and enjoy everything the local area has to offer. Please note the apartment is reached by 6 steps, as it is a basement apartment, which is nonetheless spacious, light, and airy.
The open plan lounge/kitchen, which includes a dining area, is a delight. The lounge has a large sofa together with 2 easy chairs, coffee table, floor to ceiling radiator, TV, radio/iPod docking station and board games. The dining area/kitchen has a table and 2 chairs to enjoy your dining. The kitchen facilities include an oven with grill; gas hob; fridge; microwave; toaster and a Nespresso Coffee machine.
There is a large double bedroom, which has en-suite facilities and consists of a large double bed; dressing table with stool; wardrobe; occasional chairs; TV, and bookcase.
