We welcome Long View to our Aberdovey portfolio, you will absolutely love it.
Delightful king and double bedrooms, main king bedroom with the view together with a 3rd bedroom which has a single bed and a pull out single to make into a twin bedroom. It’s suitable for children or can be just used as a gaming room or office space, complete with monitor and guess what…..it has the view as well.
 A large, well equipped family sized kitchen awaits with modern facilities including a built in Neff oven with grill, built in microwave, electric hob, fridge and freezer and large dishwasher – home from home facilities. There is also a large dog crate.
Enjoy creating breakfast, lunch, or dinner whilst taking in the views. Dine in the open plan dining/lounge area complete with a dining table and chairs (whilst taking in the views). After dinner get comfy and relax in the welcoming open plan lounge. Oh, by the way did we mention the views from the lounge??!
Long View has 2 bathrooms for your comfort, bathroom (1) has a shower, WC and washbasin, with bathroom (2) having a bath, WC and wash basin.  
Relax on the balcony with a cup of coffee or something a little stronger whilst taking in those wonderful views. The property benefits from being south facing and receives the sun all through the day. Watch the beautiful sunset sky from the balcony in the evening.
The open plan lounge has a large comfy corner sofa. Watch Free Sat, Netflix or a DVD on the  smart TV. Long view also has an Alexa, Radio and CD player. WIFI is available throughout the property (signal not guaranteed). There are numerous games, books and walking guides provided for you to enjoy together with a Spotting Scope to enhance your viewing of the Dyfi estuary and Cardigan bay.
The property is gas centrally heated through out and is controlled via Hive, individual radiators are provided in each room meaning holidays can be cosy and warm throughout the colder months.
The property is all on one level. There are also no stairs or no steps to enter the property. Visitors to long view have two car parking spaces and also a Parking Pass to park for FREE in all of Gwynedd Council car parks. The property is situated in an elevated position and is only a short walk Approximately 10 minutes) to village centre.
