The Old LifeBoat Station is a property with the WOW factor.
It’s the original LifeBoat Station of Aberdovey between 1886 -1931
It has now being totally refurbished to a very high standard keeping the nautical theme throughout and is a splendid 2 bedroom holiday property.
Situated on the seafront in Aberdovey close to the village centre and beach being only a few minutes walk away.
The Captains Quarters on the first floor is a double bedroom which is ensuite with shower, WC and washbasin
The Crews Quarters are situated on the ground floor with twin beds, a bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin is next door, there is also a utility room on this floor with washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board.
12 steps take you upstairs to the first floor where there is an open plan galley kitchen, dining area and lounge.
The kitchen has oven, grill, 4 hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.
The dining area has table with chairs and the lounge has a double sofa with 2 single seater armchairs, the lounge area also has a TV and a separate CD and Radio. For your comfort there is a large ceiling fan and then you have the spectacular views from the lounge!
whether you are cooking up your favourite dish? eating your favourite dish? relaxing after eating your favourite dish? or maybe, just maybe you may want to enjoy cocktails on the superb balcony looking out over the estuary and out to sea, you may feel that you are Captain of the Ship?
The Balcony has deck chairs and a table to help you relax whilst an awning is available to give shade on sunny days if required.
WIFI, bed linen, towels included, centrally heated throughout plus which is very unusual in Aberdovey 2 private parking spaces for your use on its private drive, there will be also space behind the property where you can keep safe your bikes, maybe wetsuits, canoes, boards etc.
